At VICE Design Inc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our design team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
